Lance D. Stephens is an Associate Attorney at the Andrews Law Firm. Mr. Stephens is a dogged and patient litigator, with experience helping individuals through complex legal proceedings in criminal, civil litigation, constitutional and election law, commercial litigation, personal injury, appeals, and extraordinary writs. His experience includes client intakes, interviews, pleading, motion practice, oral arguments, taking and defending depositions, negotiations, seeking and obtaining extraordinary writs such as habeas corpus, to jury selection and trial.

Prior to joining the firm, Lance served as an Assistant Public Defender and represented clients in appellate, circuit, and county courts in North Florida. He also served as a judicial staff attorney in Florida circuit courts where he was responsible for advising judges on every aspect of ongoing civil litigation including managing dockets and preparing orders.
